Role Summary:
The Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for using his/her knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for HAIVO. The SDR develops sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintains documentation of the sales by managing the Sales technology database. He/she will work closely with the BD team to contribute to the development and execution of HAIVO’s Business Development strategy.
Main Accountabilities/Duties:
- Lead Generation: The primary responsibility of an SDR is to source and generate new leads through outbound prospecting, industry events research, competitor analysis, and other channels.
- Lead Qualification: The SDR should assess the quality of leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline to ensure they match the ideal customer profile.
- Outreach: The SDR engages with leads via phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels to set up meetings or product demonstrations.
- Odoo Management: Maintain and update Odoo with accurate lead information and communication history.
- Client Database Management: The SDR will act as the focal point for all incoming client and lead databases and should be able to maintain an organized system to keep track of them.
- Research: Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitors to customize outreach strategies.
- Pitches: Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch products, services, and combination packages to clients.
- Sales materials: Prepare content for marketing campaigns, blogs, and webinars
- After Sales: Provide technical advice after sales to the clients
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Business Development and/or OPS (HAIVO) team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering
Experience, Skills & Competencies, Knowledge
- No minimum years of experience are required for this role, fresh college graduates and junior staff are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: the SDR should have strong communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.

- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools can be beneficial.
