We are looking for a talented Business Development Consultant to help drive our growth in the Gulf market.

Position Overview: As a Business Development Consultant at HAIVO, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Gulf by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the AI, ML, and data annotation sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, strong networking skills, and a track record of successful business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct research on the AI and ML landscape in Gulf to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities.
  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in target industries, including automotive, communication, education, energy, health, industrial, public sector, transportation, retail, and consumer goods.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers to generate leads and partnerships.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans tailored to the Gulf market, including identifying growth areas and setting revenue targets.
  5. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms for HAIVO.
  6. Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability to build trust and rapport with Gulf Based clients.
  7. Networking: Leverage your network in the Gulf to create business opportunities and partnerships.
  8. Data and Analytics Knowledge: Use your understanding of data annotation, machine learning, and AI to effectively communicate HAIVO’s services and benefits to potential clients.
  9. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights to HAIVO’s senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, computer science, AI, etc.)
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in business development, sales, or related roles in the Gulf market.
  • Strong understanding of AI, ML, data annotation, and related technologies is a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt to Gulf business practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Existing network and connections in the Gulf business community is a must.
