Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: The primary responsibility of an SDR is to source and generate new leads through outbound prospecting, industry events research, competitor analysis, and other channels.
Lead Qualification: They should assess the quality of leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline to ensure they match the ideal customer profile.
Outreach: SDRs engage with leads via phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels to set up meetings or product demonstrations.
Odoo Management: Maintain and update Odoo with accurate lead information and communication history.
Research: Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitors to customize outreach strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the BD and/or OPS (HAIVO)team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
