Role Summary:
The developer will help enhance an existing technology platform, working closely with our tech lead to deliver the expected results.
Key Results Area/KPA (Key Performance Areas):
Ensure the delivery of the tickets with a clean code and the best quality.
Responsibilities:
- Enhancing an existing code, refactoring it and identifying bottleneck areas
- Adding new features, from design to implementation, till testing
- Participating in agile ceremonies, and being proactive in his/her approach
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or other relevant degrees is preferable.
Experience, Skills & Competencies, Knowledge:
- Around 3 years of experience with Django
- Full knowledge and comprehension of SQL (preferably PostgreSQL)
- Understanding and preferably experience in Asynchronous processes (notably RabbitMQ and celery)
- Some knowledge in microservices
- Experience with writing and debugging code in OS environments
- Experience with git/version control
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
