Role Summary: 

B.O.T is seeking a Workforce Executive for its Talent Management team with a focus on workforce management and reporting. Workforce data management and reporting for freelancers that are digitally skilled to deliver services for our clients. 

Main Accountabilities:

1. Developing freelancers talent acquisition strategies and onboarding plans.

2. Coordinate with the Operations Manager to identify staffing needs.

3. Create and determine selection criteria.

4. Identify and Source potential freelancers through multiple channels.

5. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

6. Assess freelancers information, including resumes and contact details, using our Workforce Data Management System.

7. Manage, On-board, and Update the Workforce Data Management system.

8. Maintain up-to-date the WDMS with the freelancers skills, availability and location and convenient metrics for on-demand work readiness.

9. Design assessment questionnaires that reflect each job requirement.

10. Update and track all activities in the organization’s CRM.

11. Access better reports at the individual, service, and organizational levels to optimize efficiency and performance of the workforce.

12. Analyze and Report regularly on freelancers qualifications and availability.

13. Suggest and Support in communicating new or available trainings for the workforce.

14. Coordinate with the field team on the profile/skills of freelancers required to tailor training outreach mechanisms accordingly.

15. Develop optimal staffing schedules to optimize resources.

16. Communicate to the workforce our culture and regulations on the services we provide.

17. Sustain long term relationships with the workforce.

18. Manage the assets transfer and communicate the updates to the manager.

Duties Performance Measures: KPI 

● Secure the right onboarding plans number of Freelancers at every project on time. 

● Negotiate the price per hour/task with the youth to maximize their return. 

● Supervise day to day performance of the Freelancers at every project level. 

● Report the performance of the workforce after completion of a project using a defined grading system.

● Manage the Youth Database with regular data. 

● Maximize the number of Freelancers employed.

Educational Requirements: 

BSc/BA in business administration, Human Resources or relevant field.

Experience, Skills & Competencies, Knowledge 

Experience: 2 years work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role –

Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods 

– Knowledge of IT solutions (ex. Cloud, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email, CRMs)

– Outstanding organizational as well as time-management skills 

– Strong advocacy and communication skills, both verbal and written 

– Strong Interpersonal Communication and Critical Thinking 

– Strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working within teams – Solution and Result Driven
